• Support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or pumping.

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and organization to create a comfortable home environment (During daytime support)

• Emotional support and encouragement during the postpartum period.

• Overnight Postpartum Support

• Overnight care to allow parents a restful night’s sleep.

• Newborn feeding and diapering during the night.

• Monitoring and soothing your baby for peaceful sleep transitions.

Postpartum Rates $50-$65/HR• Guidance and reassurance via phone or video for families needing remote assistance. $60/HR• Expert advice on feeding, sleep routines, and adjusting to life with a newborn. Sleep Consulting, $250+

Specialized Add-On Services• Compassionate care and guidance for families navigating loss. Virtual or In person support $75/HR• Sibling Support (while mom is having the baby) $45/HR• Breastfeeding Support (Lactation Consultant on the baby doulas team)• One-on-one guidance to help establish and maintain a successful breastfeeding journey.We offer flexible packages to suit your needs, whether you’re seeking one-time support or ongoing care.
