First Foods is a fun and informative class led by a Registered Dietitian, designed for parents and babies (5–12 months) beginning their journey with solid foods. This hands-on class covers the basics of infant nutrition, signs of readiness, safe feeding practices, and how to introduce a variety of healthy first foods with confidence. Together we will learn, taste, and explore in a supportive, environment tailored for both you and your little one.
